The name's Jim and I work in an architectual firm based in Singapore. Currently my job has taken me to Bangkok Thailand where I have been anchored in for over a dozen years.

Originally I'm from New Zealand and I miss my home very much. Since I'm unable to travel back and forth to see my friends, they've instead come to me. And more often then enough they never want to leave after a quick tour around the red light districts.

Soon my friends realized what a great place it is to party in Bangkok. And when they went back to their homes they spread the word to their coworkers. As a result I've become the welcome mat for friends of friends.

And since I don't like to share my humble abode with friends who cramp my style, I came up with a list of Bangkok's guest friendly hotels. That way I won't have to worry about "stains" ending up on the ceiling of my spare bedroom when someone brings company back from a go go bar.

I really don't mind to be honest. As friendly as Thai people really are, it's the familiar faces that I truly miss.

On my hubs you'll find much sought after information about Bangkok's infamous red light districts as well as other musings of interest.
